The cable was broken on one of our garage doors and after reading all of the positive reviews I called this garage door company I would suggest you send Reese an email on his site as the response was immediate. He arrived when he said he would and replaced the cables and adjusted the tension and serviced and checked and lubricated both doors. They haven't worked so well in years!! We will definitely be calling Reese when we replace our doors in the future. He was very knowledgeable and personable and a pleasure to do business with.
