Heard about Ranald here on the internet and got in touch initially by email. My gate opener has been getting worse at closing over the past year or so, usually requiring me to hold the button down until it's all the way down..
I'd put up with this problem for a long time so I was in no hurry to get it fixed. But I definitely wanted to. However, my work schedule is not very flexible. Ranald worked around that and came out this afternoon (Sunday!) and not only fixed the problem (replaced an old style photo-eye), but did a checkup/basic maintenance on the chain and rollers on this and my gate (which was already working). He was friendly and informative and the price was very reasonable. Great job
