I don't understand how this company is still doing business! They are an embarassment to our free market society. The service was horrible, it took them two months to look at my computer, and only after mutiple calls from me. And not only weren't they able to fix my computer they couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. To add insult to injury when I opened up the computer myself to see if I could do better, I found that they didn't replace many screws. Please if you value your computer you'll take it to anybody but New Generation software. The language barrier alone should set off warning signs.
Grade F- I just wish there was a lower grade I could give.
