I love North Chatt, and I wish we could get Mr. Zip to upscale a bit. Come on, you have million dollar condos going in down the street and this place still looks and acts like a dumpy ghetto gas station. How about some wine? More imported beers? Maybe some produce worth buying?
Until Greenlife goes in about a half mile away, there will be no competition for fresh produce and little everyday grocery items. I hate that I have to get in the car and go to the Greenlife on Hixson Pike for small things when a walk to Mr. Zip would do if they just upped the quality a bit.
