Staff will ignore you. If you can get them to bother selling you a bike, they will work at making you regret it. First, they don't open the door to let you out, they just watch you struggle and bang your way out. Then, if you bring your bike in for repair on Saturday, they will send you back out - again not helping with door. The 30 day tuneup left the bike in worse shape than new. Again not helping with door. Do yourself a favor and buy your bike elsewhere. Ridge Cyclery is no longer a good bike shop like it was 9 years ago. (see other review 2005)
