I have brought my car here twice for minor touch ups for dings and scratches and windshield damage. The first time there was a slight miscommunication with the type of paint that I wanted, so the manager apologized and said next time there would be a discount given to me for the next detailing. But, when I brought my car in again, they had a really hard time pulling up my record to verify. Granted, they mean well.
