We are delivery customers. We've eaten from China Bowl countless times over the last two years, and in the past the food and the service were always excellent. On the one occasion where we had a problem with the order, they brought the corrected food out to us immediately. Over the last few months, however, the food has become worse and worse, and today the parts of our order that were right were either over and under cooked. When we called them about it, they said we needed to bring back the food to prove it because "their food is always fresh." They refused to refund our money until the delivery driver returned and were incredibly rude, ignoring my husband while he stood right in front of them. I used to recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for good food, good prices, and good service. If you are only looking for good prices, they are wonderful. The other two aspects are now completely hit and miss.
