Their service fees go up every time a bill comes. It's almost impossible to get through to customer service. Even when they skip a week picking up the trash, they give no reason. When they indicated that someone would be there the next day for trash pick up, no one showed. There is no response to messages left and no compensation for neglected pick-up's.
