This is the only place in Las Vegas to hear live blues music, and have drinks that are worth what you actually pay for them - a rarity in LV. It's also open 24/7.
Okay, it might not be the only live blues place in Vegas, but it may as well be. It's dive-y atmosphere is not at all faux, but not too authentic either. It has a true Chicago vibe, with classically friendly Vegas service.
As far as the drinks go... order a Long Island. I do believe they skip the lemon juice, syrup, and cola. As you bring it up to your lips, you'll almost be overcome with fumes before you take your first sip!
