Had to buy a washer dryer combo..$1500 and yes they got their money in full up front, Dryer went down on March 17th, called the service department, Called Monday the 18th no reply called the 19th no reply finally when i sent an EMAIL..they replied tech was a week getting here, agreed yes the circuit board was bad, ordered it..I was furious..these people do not know the word Communication!! Told them please call me on my cell. They kept calling the home number, oh yeah Ms. Young we have it now no problem Cell phone..I drive straight thru from Dallas the other side of Dallas yesterday wait all day, they called the house phone to tell Mom it was from 2 to 4..she doesn't remember..but at 4 pm I start tracking down a technician since they are not here!!! Find out the tech called earlier that day and Ooops the girl who calls goes home at 3 so here i sit..After grabbing a Salesperson he finally got the knowledge to let me know when I could expect this person..Oh and your Facebook person..did not even notice my message was posted for a Week after I posted the I'm pissed off post on your FB page. You need a Customer Service Department!! A real one!! I have 3 more appliances to replace a new fridge/freezer combo, a dishwasher and a tankless hot water heater I will go to Best Buy or anywhere other than here..Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining..I know better! I'm not the only one who hates your service department!! It is very well known by people I know who said..OMG you didn't buy from there did you??? Jack you got big problems..
