ABSOLUTE ROBBERY!!!!! Came out on my A/C call ...Knew it was the CONTACTOR (a $50 part at MOST) ...was here 30 minutes, replaced the contactor and billed me $290!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THIEVES! CALL RAYBROKER AIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be BLASTING this all over FB and every avenue I can find! When I called to discuss, I was told "I am sorry ma'am...but its a FLAT RATE, everybody does it that way"...RIDICULOUS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK and I will put the dang contactor on myself! I will say that the technician was nice although he had to call the office for instructions on how to check the A/c...but he was nice.
