Bought an American flag here for my house. Got home and the flags quality was pretty Poor. When I called the shop they said there was a no refund policy but that I could get store credit. Needless to say, when I'm told I can't return something despite poor quality my blood starts to boil.
When I got to the store with the returned merchandise the owner took one look and said I can give you a refund or swap it out. No problem. Even though I didn't have a receipt!
Great experience on the returns. If I need to buy a flag next time I'll certainly stop by here to check them out first. Thanks Khaled Hamideh.
