I am very dissapointed with them.. They work out of East Greenbush,NY Petsmart. The Petsmart store does not uphold any standards for them. They advertise their adoption hours, plainly on the wall. We went three times to adopt a cat, the only animal they adopt out of this store, and had very bad dealings with one volunteer. I truly believe this reflects on the Humane Society as well as Petsmart ,for not having set standards with them. It also reflects on the many other volunteers, which is an admiral job. PS: She adopted the cat out before the posted hours of adoption knowing we were coming in to pick up "Tobey" tonight. She told us she could not hold a cat, but she is now holding it for 2 more nights and possibly more, for the new family. I am very disilusioned about adopting a homeless pet now. This is not the first time Petsmart has had problems with the humane society, and they still haven't changed their criteria with the humane society, The store manager was very sympathetic and apoligized repeatadly for this woman, but there was nothing she could do, because of lack of policy with the humane society. I blame both Petsmart and the humane society.
