I have to give this facility a poor rating. I am an american and I live in the US and I am sick of not being able to understand a damn thing anyone is saying in my own country. What the hell is wrong with you all? I can't understand what movie they are saying. I can't understand the website they are saying and I can't understand the phone number they are saying to call for further information. And you don't post a friggin website so that we can go look at the damn thing since we AMERICAN'S can't understand what the recording is saying....Thanks for helping put the US in the toilet.
