We go to this franchise quite frequently. I have had many of the items on the menu, including the new Weight Watchers menu, which is excellent.
The service here is always top-notch and the establishment is always clean and attractive. The entire facility is now smoke-free. I believe this is the only smoke-free establishment in Winchester.
The only caveat is that they cannot cook a steak right the first time. Although the flavor is always excellent, the steaks are always overcooked. If I have time enough to send it back I will go ahead and order a steak, but 90% of the time it has to be done again. Tonight we went and one of the steaks was cooked to medium but the other was well-done.
