I live in Meade county and on thompson Lane right off HY 60, which is becoming a problem. there are many dogs running loose around here and what can I do to protect myself from this dogs coming up on my back porch and chaseing me in the house?
a: i have a conceled to carry premit
b: call the dog catcher, no answer
c: call the local police
d: nothing at just destory the dog
