If you are new in the area,I would like to recommend you do not enroll your child in Tynes.Don't be fooled by how nice and modern the building looks. What I experienced when I enrolled my child really startled me.
Tynes put my child on the honor roll and she couldn't read or do simple math ! When I asked how she could possibly be an honor roll student,the teacher just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know.She just is" I'm so glad I took the advice of another parent and put her in private school.She REALLY can read now and do math.She isn't an honor student,but at least her grades are an honest reflection of what she has learned ! She gets Cs and Bs but I'd rather have honest Cs and Bs than A's that are a lie.
