We were travelling through Albuquerque when check engine light came on. It turned out to be a major repair and we have extended warranty coverage. With no appointment Adam was able to get in shop to get looked at then called our warranty to get that process started. Part was ordered and Adam updated us most every day until complete. We are fixed back on the road and happy. Not what I expected from a dealership. University is great service! Thank you Adam!
