I just got back from a business trip to New York NYC and was pleasantly surprised at the people working at the Image Rent A Car counter and car return. They gave me an upgrade, no extra charge, and the woman who checked the returned car was pleasant and actually told me to have a nice trip home. Not crazy about Image's prices all the time, but they can't be beat for customer service. Yehuids Queens New York
