We had a nightmare with this company when we bought a sofa that began to break down within the month. It took us 3 years of calling and stopping by almost weekly to get some help. The salesperson would not return my calls and would actually exit the back door when he saw me coming. They made us order another sofa from a catalog to replace this horrible sofa. That, too, came apart rapidly. I would sit in bean chairs before I would ever do business with this place.
