Very obnoxious,curt, abrasive and verbally abusive vet - supposedly the owner who made it clear he's the owner- when I went along with my elderly mother for an appointment regarding a thyroid tumor on her 15 year old cat. I tried to ask questions regarding surgery, survival rates etc and was told "he's old, like an old person, how do you think he'll do?" Flat out refused info and in addition had hands around cat's neck and shook him while yelling at us! When I asked him to soften his information for my mother's sake he told me to "shut up" and said my mother should be doing the asking, then proceeded to TELL US TO GET OUT, DON'T STOP AT THE RECEPTION DESK AND NEVER COME BACK -- Despite the thousands of dollars my mother has spent over the past decade with her animals at this vet and the long-term treatment this cat has been on - his attitude was unacceptable! I later took my mother to my vet who was exactly as you would expect and the cat is being checked for possible surgery. I seriously fear the treatment of animals under this man! Seriously considering filing a complaint with licensing board over this abusive treatment of both humans and feline.
