i am so disappointed un the service that i am not getting no one will answer the phone. my tv service only worked for 1 day after installation, my phone has an extreme echo in it, and i cant use the dvr or voice mail. if someone doesn't contact me soon i will disconnect service and drop it off at warner in amelia. i was told that my first month would be free,but when icalled 2 days ago my balance was 5.00 now it is $75.00 WHY?
