I have been informed by many that Town & Country "FORGETS" to pick up their customers trash. I have had their service for over a year with no problems. Until..the last two weeks. Last week they didn't pick up nor did they this week. I called today and after being put on hold she asked to call me back. About half an hour later she did and the driver told her that he did pick up trash here & specifically remembers my house (WHATEVER!!).. and he says we must of just added more trash after he left. I told the lady that was not true.. AND she said that she believes her driver.. I understand that people make mistakes but to call me a liar !!! Very POOR customer service ! If I find another trash service in the area, I will convince all my neighbors to switch over !
