My mom is in seriously bad shape. Doctors said, if she does not change her lifestyle, she will lose her legs within TWO years, and her life within FIVE years. That drove me crazy! But I didn’t know how to help her to make her life better. I was hypnotized and got to the deepest understanding of what I was doing wrong while trying to help her: standing by and letting that happen. I will be loving and supportive for her as much as I can now, after all she is the only family I have. I know that there is only so much I can do, as she is stubborn and resistant to changes, and easily overwhelmed, but I will try. It is part of my lesson.
