Headstone for my baby Sister paid in full,but not placed at the grave site. Getting nothing but excuses, and the run around. Months later, the headstone is still not at the grave site. Our family feels used, and taken vantage of. We just want what we paid for,or our money returned so that we can purchase another headstone elsewhere. In the meantime months later, my sister continues NOT to have the headstone that she deserves. Can someone help,please! ty-Alice Faye
