J. Gilberts serves up absolutely the best steak in town. They are a chop house and in this they excell. Their other food is also very good, I am particularly fond of their lump crab cakes. Besides great food their wine list is also of note. Although not huge it encompasses everything you would expect to pair with the dishes they offer. The wine selections run from affordable to low reserve in price. Lastly J. Gilberts has some of the best service in town. Although the restaurant is not white tablecloth the service is.
