Ritas has decent italian ice. The ice is shaved down so thin that it can slide right down your throat. The custard is extremely creamy, but on the other hand its hard to find custard thats NOT creamy. I reccomend getting the gilati because you get a taste of both worlds. I was impressed by the kinds of italian ice that ritas had. There was not a wide variety of flavors, but the flavors were all extremely uncommon, such as mint chocolate chip italian ice.
