they came to pick up my area rugs. when they left they looked dirty and smelled really bad. this company took very good care of them. they made sure they eliminated all of the stains they made sure the smell was completely gone. when they area rugs were finally delivered to me they came all wrapped up as if they were brand new. I was so happy with the results of it all.
