I had my car towed by Sturbridge after a pretty bad spinout off out I-84. I was stuck in a snow bank, so the tow guy strapped the hook onto my car, and told me to put it in neutral and steer myself out. What he didn't tell me was how to stop from there. So he got in his truck, pulled it up, stopped...but I kept going! As a result, the entire hood of my car was crunched in as the man smirked "It's not my responsibility". I was shocked and appalled. I was then billed an arm and a leg for this procedure and a jumpstart ($250!).
If you can avoid it, do not have Sturbridge Auto tow your car! Wait another hour for Triple A!!!
