One more attorney recommendation for Hastings. Bob Parker has a great reputation in town. He does many types of law, but definitely does employment related issues. It's kind of pricey to go for a consultation, not like some where you can get a free consultation, but it's probably worth it. If you ask people in town about who to go to, he's often mentioned. He is pretty suave and seems more like a traditional lawyer image.
