ABP is the company that services some of my companies printers. They are very helpful and put up with a lot from us. We beat the heck out of the printers they service and they don't complain when they do have to come in often to fix them. Sometimes they do get extremeley busy and service calls take longer than planned, but in general its same day service. IF you need a contract on a printing device I'd definitley go with these guys for your business.
