Someone else signed our condo association up through Santa Fe Insurance Services, but when the association manager was away, and we had a serious interior flood, I called blind and got immediate, caring attention and results, even though they didn't know me from Adam. Not the real name of the association manager;) -- No automated voice system, real people from start to finish. Later somebody new insisted that we price-shop, and when we did, we confirmed that First SF had indeed gotten us better rates than we were able to find anywhere else.
