My only complaint was that nobody called to give me an update. They gave me my first update today. Today is 5 days after it was promised.
THEN, The insane woman inside tried to start a fight with me. She called me "a crazy mother Fu*ker" in front of my wife and 6 year old son. Then she blew smoke in my face and told me to "get your ass in your car and get the f**k Out of here!"
I could not believe it! I am going to have to escalate. It was a terrible experience.
