Asked for estimate for tent rental prior to X-mas party. Representative came to measure & promised estimate by Fax later in the day. By next day, nothing was received. I called back and got the runaround. Basically, they tried every excuse in the book to NOT do the job. Instead of telling me in the 1st place that they didn't want to do it, they wasted my time.
