Lake Cook at Cameron Run Regional Park is a small (two acre), stocked lake for shore fishing. It is a perfect spot to take children.
The park also features Great Waves water park which has a huge wave pool, four-story water slides, speed slides, and play pools; a deluxe mini golf course with pond; batting cages; and rental pavilions.
The park is easy to get to... from the Beltway-495, take exit 174 Eisenhower Ave. Connector and turn right on Eisenhower Ave. Continue a half mile to the park on the left.
