After our first child was born, we wanted to have a baby-sitter for the occasional night out. After a lot of reading craigslist and Berkeley Parents Network ads, we finally called Manos Carinosas. They sent over a few resumes immediately, which gives you so much more information than an ad. Also, it felt good to know that all their babysitters had had training in childcare, in addition to being mothers themselves.
