i tried to send an email but couldnt!! my mom is a cat rescue home---but its in milan (couldnt get erie county to come up)--neighbors are shooting her cats with pellet guns!!!! 2 in the last 3 days!!! i know they have "too many cats"---but people drop them off----i dont know the steps-----if you call the police they laugh at them!!! any advice???? her cats are all fixed,,de-fleaed,and well taken care of---just wanted some help-----thank you------rachel----ph-419-660-0426
