Le Bon is probably one of the better and more reliable repair services for household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, etc... ).
Almost every time one of our appliances have decided to fail, we have called Le Bon. Their service fee is very inexpensive and they get straight to the problem, and let you know what is going on and how much the final cost will be (for reparations, etc..)
We also purchased an appliance from their store located in Lancaster, and found their products to be cheaper than other popular stores (Lowes, Home Depot..).
Le Bon is a great service company to add to your phone book/address book!
