They do a great job and are very friendly with customers
You get what you ask for. I recommend that you use them for your processing of hogs, deer. They also do beef I haven't had one done before,but I have heard they do a great job. Hog was great sausage was delicious just perfect. They do awesome on Deer also. there retail sausage is the best I have ever eat if you try it you want buy any other.
