I would have to say this chain store is of medium quality here as opposed to others. The chicken I order, no matter what way is on the average undercooked. That is bad for my health, not to mention my taste buds.
There other foods served are basically what you get anywhere else. However, the Chicken Fried Steak, they do make my way and on Tuesdays, it’s only $1.99. Now I can recommend that.
Customer Service is average. But I do recommend making sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked. If it isn’t’ just send it back and tell them what the problem is. They usually don’t’ give me a hard time on returns.
I would as far as an overall grade I give them a B-.
