When I feel like trying creative, gourmet dishes I go to Brix. It reminds me of a big city dining experience. The tall ceilings and rich, bold colors create that "urban feel". During the summer you can eat outside. The cuisine here is fresh and high quality. The menu seems to change seasonally. I especially liked the Bruchetta appetizer. The salads are delicious mixed greens with nuts, cheeses and fresh fruits. They serve a Salmon with fresh mango salsa. Bobby Flay doesn't have anything over these wonderful chefs. The prices are not for everyone, but the food is worth it if you want to splurge sometime.
