Helping the downtown Renaissance 12/13/2006

I went for the first time shortly after the grand opening not even sure how long ago this was now a few times recently. It is a beautiful building with a very nice gift shop. I am only disappointed that the restaurant Cafe Nola is not open for dinner on artwalk Wednesdays anymore, it was fantastic and innovative. A great place to meet up with friends especially on downtown's first Wednesday artwalk. The addition of the new downtown library just adds to hemming plaza. It looks like a big city museum and I am glad. I have felt Jacksonville has way more potential and fun than people give it credit for. Only boring people get bored. more
