The next time your mother came in, we asked her to call the bank to clarify if she had money in the bank which she rejected to call. Then she paid cash for that amount plus for your next service, which we issue a gift certificate. You came in with a gift certificate and have your service done which you didn't give it to us. Next time you came in had your service done again and this time you showed us a gift certificate for last time service. we write this to show that we do care about our customers and we are not rip off anyone.
