At no point did we ever believe that the residential Carpet cleaning company was pressurizing us. Instead we felt that this was a Water Damage Company that clearly wanted us to ask as many questions as we liked. They answered truthfully in response to our inquiries about the type of Carpet Cleaning Services that they would be providing.
