I left my new place on the Bowery in NYC at five PM to pick up dinner a block away. When I arrived back 30 minutes later the entire kitchen floor was flooded. I called the first number I found online which was New York Appliance Repair. The refrigerator repair man came and told me that it was the ice maker hose. It was a simple job to repair and he even cleaned up the water on my floor. I was so happy with the service that I gave him a nice tip which he politely tried to refuse.
