From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted and attended by some of the friendliest customer service associates I've ever come across. They explained everything and took me step-by-step through the shooting process. They were extremely patient while I viewed all the photos and selected the poses I wanted. They didn't rush or use high pressure techniques. I loved the way the photos came out. It only took 20 minutes for them to print. It was a very positive experience and I recommend Portrait Innovations to everyone.
