This is was a great experience from the first call with Ramzi to the day I closed on my refinance. Ramzi and Dee and extremly helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile to explain the entire process and more. I think I closed in less than 3 weeks. This is unheard of. As long as you have all the paper work and documents they ask for ontime, they process it right away and let you know if more information is needed.
