At the beginning, they were very nice and professional, but at the end of lease, they did not take any responsibity they should be. All they want is charged money from you. They damaged the door when they changed the locker, and they will say that was natural worn off........they will return only one garage opener but actually there are two garage doors. Can you imagine the tenant had lived there for 2.5 years without any complaints that they only have one garage opener? The tenant drove the car onto the grass and broke the pipe of the sprikle systems. Rudy always said that was not rent conditions when they moved in. How can they take care lawn for 2.5 years without sprinkle systems. They are full of the lies.I will not recommend rudulph manage your house.
