The store is neat and organized. There is a lot to choose from, but it didn't feel messy or overwhelming, like other kids' resale stores I have visited. The saleslady was very patient, helpful, and sweet. I am glad that I went to Once Upon A Child and bought a lot of good stuff for my 2 cousins.
