Har-Mar 4-11 is normally a decent movie theater to go to. I have been coming here for years. The movie selection is great and there is always something for everyone. However, the customer service has been awful lately. My dad cracked a small joke and the guy at the ticket both just looked at him like he had a third eye. It was pretty rude. The worker at the concession stand coughed into his hand right before grabbing cups to get our drinks. Germ central. That was definitely my worst movie theater experience yet. If you are looking for a diverse movie selection, this would be a good place to go. For excellent quality and customer service, I recommend going elsewhere.
